How it works

    Set the space

    Choose a standard clear-span tent or type your own dimensions. The grid is metric and to scale.

    Furnish it

    Drag tables, seating, stage, bar and dance floor onto the plan. Capacity and area per guest update live.

  3. 3

    Place the cameras

    Drop cameras and aim them. Each one draws its real frustum on the plan, so you see the shot before it exists.

    Get the render

    Send the layout. You get back photoreal stills from every camera you placed, plus the plan as a PDF.

Questions people ask before buying

Do I need any CAD experience?

No. The planner is a drag-and-drop top view with a metric grid. Most people produce a usable layout on their first try in a few minutes.

What do I actually receive?

Photoreal stills from each camera you placed, at 3000 px on the long edge, plus the 2D plan as a dimensioned PDF you can hand to the crew on site.

Can I use my own tent models and inventory?

Yes. Tell us the sizes and finishes you actually rent and we load them into the catalogue as your own item set, so what you lay out is what you own.

Is the planner free?

Yes, and it stays free. Laying out a plan, saving it and exporting the image costs nothing. You only pay when you ask for photoreal renders.

How long does a render take?

Two working days for up to four cameras. Rush turnaround is available.
